Who we are
Lowqé is an influencer marketing agency based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Lowqé is the controller of the personal data described on this page: we decide what is collected and why. For questions about your privacy, email contact@lowqe.com.

We contact brands and creators only from addresses ending in @lowqe.com or @lowqeteam.com.
What we collect
Only what you enter in the contact form on this website: your name and email address, plus the details you choose to share about your company, product, channel, budget or goals, and the date and time you sent it. We don't collect anything else through this website.
Why we collect it
Only to respond to your inquiry and to discuss a possible partnership with you. We don't use your details for anything else, we don't add you to a mailing list and we don't sell them. If a partnership looks like a fit, we only share your details with the other side after you've agreed to an introduction.
Our legal basis: handling your inquiry is a step taken at your request before a possible agreement (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
What happens when you send the form
Your message is saved in a Google Sheet in our Google Workspace account. We receive a notification email with your message, so we can reply. You receive one confirmation email with a copy of what you sent; replies to it go to contact@lowqe.com.
Who processes it for us
We use Google Workspace (Google Sheets and Gmail) to store inquiries and send these emails. Google processes this data on our behalf. Google may process data outside the European Economic Area; those transfers are covered by appropriate safeguards (the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses).
How long we keep it
We keep inquiries for up to 12 months after our last contact, then we delete them. If an inquiry leads to a collaboration, we keep contracts and invoices for 7 years, because Dutch tax law requires it.
Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to receive it in a portable format (data portability) and to object to its processing. Email contact@lowqe.com and we'll take care of it.
You also have the right to file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.

This website uses no cookies or tracking. When you send the contact form, your message goes to Google, which processes it for us (see above).
